(Production area)

The production area comprises of the mechanical design centre, transformer department, the final assembly lines for small and large industrial power supplies and the testing department. Prior to shipment all units are thoroughly tested under load conditions in our in-house testing department.

Munk’s own mechanical design centre provides a secure and strong standing basis particularly for the construction of our heavyweight high current units.

After the final tests have been completed the unit is passed on to the dispatch department for final visual inspection before the product is dispatched.

Customer specific power solutions are also our speciality and always adhere to the high quality MUNK standard of manufacture.

All our industrial power supplies, whether they are used for electroplating, aluminium anodising, electrolytic cathodic or anodic dip coating use, vacuum or liquid plasma application or other special applications are engineered, designed and produced by us.

We are also offering an extensive refurbishment program for rectifiers in service as well as for decommissioned equipment. We are therefore able to offer a wide range of overhauled power supplies, which are capable of servicing the industry for another lifetime.

Apprenticeships and further training are taken seriously by Munk GmbH. For many years we have been certified by the chamber of commerce as a registered training centre for the following specialist areas:
