Grand Opening of the AluExpo 2009

Opening of the AluExpo 2009

AluExpo 2009, the first aluminium show of its kind in Turkey, attracted over 4 days 1000 of interested professional visitors, willing to learn more about the aluminium industry itself in Turkey and its well known system suppliers and the main suppliers to the industry. Organised in conjunction with the 4th Aluminium Symposium AluExpo 2009 attracted all levels of visitors from the user of aluminium to the producers of aluminium, aluminium extrusion and the finishers.

Together with our long-term partner, Politeknik, we of MUNK GmbH exhibited our latest process control technology related to the aluminium anodising and electrolytic colouring process. The well known range of process controllers such as the AS 100, to speed up the anodising process and the DCAC 100, to get an even more uniform colour distribution, is now further extended to cover also the technical anodising process also known as hard anodising.

PC software - Pro Ano, HS 100, DCAC 100

The HS 100 - the first generation of hard anodising process controllers - provides all the required features to get more consistent anodising results. Surface mode, pulse operation, complex treatment programs, simplified operation are just a few keywords which characterize this new controller system. The HS 100 as well as the AS 100 can be adapted to any electronic or SCR controller rectifier of any made, to enable any anodiser to do better.

Our PC software package Pro Ano offers in conjunction with our process controllers an online process control and documentation system, another break through in the industry. Designed for the manual line operation Pro Ano offers not only a bar code scanner interface to track order and process data but also a comprehensive production data database. Process information at your fingertips - We provide the solution.

Last but not least the colouring evergreen - AluSpectral attracted visitors who believe that aluminium and its alloys have a bright future.
