Open the door of the PowerRack cabinet and step inside the latest rectifier generation. Especially tailored to the needs of the modern plating industry, PowerRack combines our long-term experience in manufacturing rectifiers for the plating industry with the latest developments available in power electronics and digital control technology.
The PowerRack rectifiers are best characterised by their outstanding DC quality, full control range capability, incorporated redundancy and robustness. It is the ideal solution for those looking for an affordable solution for today's requirements, while also enabling future capacity upgrades and keeping recurring operation costs low.
The well-defined construction showcases the fact that features such as redundancy and modularity do require a higher engineering capability than just the combination of power components.
The capsulated 19" power modules of the PowerRack are by themselves complete rectifier circuits featuring their own EMC filters, accurate control circuit and cooling circuit.
The additional metal enclosure provides added protection against the harsh working environment by simplifying assembly using an elaborated rack-system.
Additional installations of expensive filter systems are not necessary which guarantees a smooth upgrading of the PowerRack.
The PowerRack rectifiers system guarantees
The digital Master Controller, operated by a micro-processor, takes over the control and power management of the PowerRack. The precise digital control guarantees an ideal current stability and reproducible results. Both DC and pulsed DC operation modes are supported. By means ot the available interface card, PowerRack systems can be easily integrated into the plant control system.
Since the market launch in April 2008, PowerRack has defined an impressive new standard within the industry.
