If to your opinion the surrounding air can continuously be used as cooling medium for power supplies, you normally don't need any air conditioning or filtering in addition.

However, if the conditions are critical you should consider further alternatives like separate fresh air supply or filtering.

Sometime oil or water cooling would be the better alternative.
